The hotel had a great location with easy access to buses. It was close to a bus stop which made it convenient to visit Kyoto Station and temples. the bathroom had separate rooms for shower and toilet. the staff was friendly and the hotel had laundry facilities on site.
The room was quite narrow and the bed was pushed against one wall which made it difficult to get out of bed.

The hotel had very clean bedsheets, towels and robes. The front desk officer, who was Taiwanese, was extremely helpful and accommodating. She guided me on how to ride the bus and train, and even assisted me in planning my tours. The hotel facilities were great, the room was spacious and had separate shower and toilet rooms. Additionally, the location next to the bus stop made it easy for me to get around this city.
No complaints.

The room was spacious and clean with comfortable amenities and a great view of the city. The location was also excellent, with easy access to public transportation and key tourist spots just a short walk away. Best of all, the staff were friendly and always willing to help with any queries we had.
We were disappointed with the lack of service during our stay. The room was never cleaned during our entire holiday and we had to constantly request fresh towels and toiletries. In addition, the front desk had limited hours which made it difficult to address our concerns in a timely manner. while the hotel had its good points, the lack of housekeeping made our stay less enjoyable.

the room was much larger than typical Japanese rooms, which was a pleasant surprise. It was also impeccably clean, making me feel comfortable and at home. Secondly, the staff at this hotel provided excellent service. They were polite, accommodating, and even allowed me to store my luggage in the room before carrying it to the lobby for me. Lastly, the hotel's location next to bus routes made it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Being centrally located, I was able to easily access all the main attractions without any hassle.
All was fine during my stay.
